Order Processing

We get your gear ready to ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your kiteboarding equipment to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for when you need your gear quickly
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for budget-conscious riders

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, contact us at [email protected] before ordering.

International Shipping

For our global riders:

  • All international orders are subject to customs fees and import duties
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If something isn’t right for your riding style, we’ve got you covered with our straightforward return process.

Key Return Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Free returns for defective items
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Harnesses and Harness Accessories (due to personal fit requirements)
  • Kite Leashes (safety equipment)
  • Customized items from our Build A Bar Workshop
  • Any products with removed safety tags

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 1479 Tully Street, Detroit, US 48227

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization number (clearly visible)
  • Copy of your invoice

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kiteboarding gear arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
  • Receive a replacement or full refund

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
