You can request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting [email protected]. After this window, your order will likely be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Fast & trackable via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: Economical via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch) for orders over $50

After 1-2 business days for order processing:

• Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Detroit warehouse.

Yes! We ship globally except to some remote areas in Asia. Our Detroit location allows us to efficiently serve riders in North America, Europe, and Australia.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our rider support team at [email protected] to initiate a return.

We carefully package all equipment, but if damage occurs in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
